Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a Billing Operations Team Lead to oversee the end-to-end billing support across the EMEA region. You will manage internal and outsourced teams, drive service excellence, and ensure timely resolution of complex billing issues.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years in billing/financial operations, and 1+ year of leadership experience. You will collaborate with Billing, Collections, Product, IT, and GTM teams to optimize processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in billing operations, financial operations, customer operations, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience leading, supervising, mentoring, or managing operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a hybrid operational team including two direct reports and an offshore BPO partner.
• Ensure SLAs, quality standards, and performance metrics are met.
• Coach teams, conduct quality reviews, and calibrate service delivery.
