Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a Billing Operations Team Lead to oversee the end-to-end billing function across the EMEA region. You will manage a hybrid team and coordinate with Billing, Collections, Product, IT, and Go-To-Market to ensure service excellence and accurate invoicing.

The role requires 3+ years in billing operations and 1+ year of leadership experience, with hands-on work in Salesforce Service Cloud, NetSuite, and Power BI. A degree in business or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in billing operations or financial operations.
• 1+ year of experience leading operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end billing case resolution in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Manage case queues, escalations, and aging governance.
• Lead a hybrid team with direct reports and an offshore partner.
• Administer partner invoicing and billing issues in NetSuite.
• Drive process improvements and KPIs reporting.
• Collaborate with Billing, Collections, Product, and IT.

Education
