Qualifications

• 2+ years of collections execution experience.
• Experience using collection tools (GetPaid or similar).
• Fundamentals of collections: calls, emails, escalations, dispute management & documentation.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with customers to negotiate and collect payments.
• Communicate via phone, email, or written correspondence to discuss options and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Billing and Customer Success to align on strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and payment arrangements.
• Negotiate payment plans in line with company policy and cash goals.
• Address inquiries or disputes related to billing and accounts.
• Prepare and send collection letters and statements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with debt collection laws and regulations.
• Generate reports on outstanding debts and collection efforts.
• Provide professional, firm, and customer-centric service throughout the process.
