Job summary

PTC Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Total Rewards to lead compensation and benefits programs across EMEA/APAC. You will partner with the International Compensation & Benefits team and Champion pay structures, surveys, and annual cycles while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive continuous improvements in Total Rewards operations and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience managing compensation and benefits programs across EMEA/APAC.
• GRP certification strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks including salary ranges and benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain competitive pay ranges and salary structures.
• Manage EMEA/APAC salary survey submissions with the Global Total Rewards team.
• Conduct compensation analysis for new roles and hires to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Support the annual compensation cycle, including salary reviews, promotions, bonuses, and long-term incentives.
• Monitor legislative developments across EMEA/APAC, including pay transparency requirements, to support compliance.
• Oversee benefits administration across EMEA/APAC, including enrolment and onboarding, and payroll reflections.
• Prepare renewal files, vendor communications, and renewal negotiations for benefits.
• Assist with PO creation and invoice payment, track Total Rewards costs for EMEA/APAC, and support annual budgeting.
• Partner on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
• Lead Total Rewards projects including country setup and market reviews and mentor junior team members.
