Job summary
PTC Therapeutics in Ireland is seeking a Manager, Total Rewards to lead compensation and benefits programs across EMEA/APAC. This on-site role partners with the International Compensation & Benefits team to drive data-driven decision making and ensure competitive pay practices.
The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of compensation and benefits experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Workday and Excel, with GRP certification preferred.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience managing compensation and benefits across EMEA/APAC.
- Experience with end-to-end benefits administration and vendor management.
- GRP certification strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain competitive pay ranges and salary structures.
- Manage salary survey submissions across EMEA/APAC in collaboration with Global Total Rewards.
- Conduct compensation analysis for new roles to ensure internal equity.
- Support the annual compensation cycle including reviews and bonuses.
- Monitor pay legislation and ensure compliance.
- Oversee benefits administration across EMEA/APAC, including onboarding.
- Mentor junior HR team members to strengthen Total Rewards knowledge.
- Partner with finance on budgets and invoicing for Total Rewards costs.
