Job summary

Merit Medical Galway seeks an experienced HR Manager to shape and deliver a high-impact people agenda across EMEA. Reporting to the VP HR EMEA, you will lead Talent Attraction, Development, Engagement, Retention and Reward for the region, partnering closely with business leaders in a fast-paced medical device environment.

You will drive workforce planning, compensation, benefits, performance management and learning initiatives while championing inclusion and employee experience across Merit’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline; master’s degree desirable.
• Minimum of 8/10 years’ progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in people management.
• Strong background in HR with a proven track record delivering HR operational services.
• Experience in fast-paced, regulated or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Talent Attraction and workforce planning for EMEA with employer branding focus.
• Lead Total Rewards across EMEA including pension, healthcare, and bonus processes.
• Drive Talent Development, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Design Engagement strategies and wellbeing programs with measurable outcomes.
