Job summary

Strativ Group is seeking an experienced Embedded Talent Partner to deliver on embedded projects, working with clients to understand their requirements and ensure successful project execution. In this role, you will manage the candidate process, source high-quality professionals, screen and interview candidates, and guide them through offers while aligning with client needs and pre-employment steps.

This hybrid position is based in Dublin with on-site presence two days per week and international

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Delivery/Researcher roles within a recruitment agency.
• Experience sourcing and placing candidates across engineering and technical sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be part of Strativ, while embedded into a client, filling monthly role requirements.
• Managing the candidate process and sourcing professionals to match client needs.
• Expertise in candidate resourcing, screening and interviewing.
• Managing candidates through the recruitment process from initial conversations to offer.
• Closing candidates on salary expectations and ensuring all pre-employment steps are covered.
• Ensuring candidates understand client pre-employment screening requirements.
