Job summary

H&F Electrical Contractors Limited is seeking an Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Limerick or Cork with a hybrid working option. The successful candidate will support the commercial management of projects, ensuring strong financial and contractual performance from commencement through final account.

You'll work closely with project, site and commercial teams to manage budgets, valuations, variations and final accounts, and contribute to the development of our commercial processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics or similar.
• 5+ years QS experience within electrical contracting.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Experience with valuations, variations, claims and final accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
• Full clean driving licence.
