Job summary

Fluor in Ireland seeks an experienced Electrical Project Supervisor/Foreman to lead industrial and commercial projects at a large West Cork factory site (Carbery). You will deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while guiding site teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

This hands-on leadership role requires supervision of electricians and E&I personnel, with a focus on safety, quality and timely delivery on complex electrical installations.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician (or equivalent) with industrial experience.
• Supervisory/foreman experience in electrical projects.
• Hands-on control wiring, panels and industrial control systems.
• Experience with PLCs (fault finding & I/O) and VSDs.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical projects on site from start to finish.
• Plan and coordinate daily/weekly work activities.
• Manage on-site teams (10–15 electricians/technicians).
• Liaise with clients for clear communication and delivery.
• Coordinate with Contracts Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
• Order materials and manage deliveries to site.
• Ensure works meet safety standards, RAMS and permits.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover documentation.
• Mentor electricians and apprentices on site.
