Job summary

• Safepass and manual handling qualifications are essential.
• MEWP training and QC training are required.

Job description

Overview:

Our client is an electrical and mechanical engineering contractor based in Dublin looking to hire for their expanding team. We are looking to hire up to 4 Electrical Foreman/Site Manager. You will be based in Dublin working on small to medium commercial projects in various industries including pharmaceutical, retail and office fit outs.

Working hours for these roles will be Monday to Friday 7-3.30pm and 7-2pm on Friday.

Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will have experience in managing small to medium commercial electrical projects, but an experienced electrician who has worked in the type of work that is looking to progress would be considered.


• Hands on manager of small to medium electrical commercial project.


• The role would involve onsite planning.


• You will be responsible for liaising with the main contractor.


• You will be responsible for ensuring there is sufficient materials on site.


• You will be responsible for onsite H&S.

Qualifications:

• Qualified electrician in Ireland with 5 years post qualified experience.


• A strong understanding of electrical installations/fire alarm systems/emergency lighting is essential.
