Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician or relevant electrical background.
• Supervisory experience in electrical contracting.
• Strong understanding of electrical installations and site operations.
• Experience on residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple work fronts.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation works on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers.
• Ensure works meet project specifications and schedule.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and site progress.
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote safety culture.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, clients, and other trades.
• Assist with commissioning, snagging, and handover.
• Identify and resolve site issues to maintain milestones.
