Job summary

Fluor in Cork, Ireland is seeking a Project Planner/Resource Coordinator to join an established Electrical Services team. This role coordinates labour, resources and schedules across multiple projects, ensuring proper planning and on-time delivery while supporting site and office teams.

You will work closely with Contracts Managers and Leads to forecast requirements, manage look-ahead programmes and maintain the Master Plan.

Qualifications

Strong organisational and communication skills.
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
Experience with Excel and planning/project management systems.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate labour and resources across multiple projects.
Maintain and update the company Master Plan, project schedules and planning boards.
Prepare and maintain a 3-week labour and resource outlook, highlighting upcoming requirements, potential clashes and resource gaps.
Develop and maintain short-term look-ahead programmes.
Work closely with Contracts Managers and site teams to understand project progress and upcoming requirements.
Track project status, key milestones and programme dates.
Identify potential resource clashes, delays and upcoming constraints.
Coordinate materials, subcontractors and other project requirements.
Liaise with site teams, suppliers and clients where required.
Help ensure information is communicated clearly between the office and site teams.
Support the successful delivery of projects safely, on time and within budget.
Assist with improving and standardising the company's planning and scheduling processes.
