The Role

As Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical installation activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation works on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with project specifications and programme requirements.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and site progress.
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, clients, and other trades.
• Assist with commissioning, snagging, and project handover activities.
• Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme milestones.

Requirements
