Job summary

Crossley Scott Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead delivery of data centre electrical packages across Europe from planning through to completion. You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and clients, ensuring safety, quality and on-time performance in a high-stakes environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of mission-critical electrical project experience, strong MV/LV knowledge, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing electrical projects in mission-critical environments.
• Strong MV/LV cabling and electrical commissioning knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, planning and reporting skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• EU citizenship or unrestricted visa-free travel within the EU.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage electrical work packages in line with milestones and programme requirements.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of MV/LV cabling and terminations.

Electrical Project Manager | Data Centres | Europe

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in the delivery of major Data Centre projects across Europe.

Working on a 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation, you will take ownership of electrical project delivery from planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, to the highest quality standards, and in line with programme and commercial requirements.

The Role

As Electrical Project Manager, you will work closely with the Operations Director, supervisors, site teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Plan and manage electrical work packages in line with project milestones and programme requirements
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical containment, MV/LV cabling and terminations
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, performance and productivity, maintaining accurate project documentation
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks to protect programme and delivery
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards
• Lead and support site teams to maintain high standards of installation quality and productivity
• Provide clear leadership and communication across all project stakeholders
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and performance management
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for project updates
• Lead project close-out activities, including lessons learned and performance reporting

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience managing electrical projects within mission-critical environments, ideally Data Centres
• Strong technical knowledge of MV/LV cabling, containment systems and electrical commissioning
• Solid understanding of Data Centre construction environments, safety requirements and client expectations
• Proven experience managing large-scale electrical site teams
• Demonstrable track record of delivering complex electrical packages safely, on time and within budget
• Excellent organisational, communication, leadership and reporting skills
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, technical specifications and project documentation
• Proficiency with project management and reporting software
• Fluent English (C2 minimum), both written and spoken
• EU citizenship or unrestricted visa-free travel within the EU
