Job summary

CPL Group seeks an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Navan. The role focuses on installing, maintaining and supporting insulation production, packaging and manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

Applicants should hold a valid electrical trade certification or an NFQ Level 6 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, with a track record in high-speed production settings.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ trade experience as Electrical or Mechanical maintenance professional.
• Trade certification or NFQ Level 6 or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, Lean Six Sigma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day engineering services in a busy high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Maintain and repair equipment, ensuring zone/line performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve faults quickly and efficiently.
• Provide cost-effective design solutions for plant and equipment needs.
• Maintain up-to-date maintenance documentation and preventive maintenance plans.
• Support production to achieve operation goals and maintain >95% tool uptime.
