Job summary

Cpl Group in Grangecastle, Dublin 22, is seeking two Electrical Maintenance Technicians to join a busy 24/7 production facility. The role covers maintenance, installation, and improvement of electrical and automation systems across production and packaging areas.

You will work within a skilled team, ensuring safety, reliability, and continuous improvement while supporting capital projects and asset care routines.

Qualifications

• Recognised electrical, electronic, or automation qualification is essential.
• 3-5 years' experience in a medium-to-high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Experience in food/beverage/FMCG production is advantageous.
• Proven experience with PLC/SCADA and Industrial IT systems (Siemens desirable).
• Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, reliability-centred maintenance, and lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, improve, and install equipment across production and packaging areas.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Record maintenance activities using CMMS and ensure traceability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize PM schedules.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to improve reliability and yield.
