Qualifications

• Recognized electrical qualification is required.
• Experience in high-speed packaging facilities is desirable.
• Experience with automation and Siemens PLCs is desirable.
• Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems.
• Instrumentation and pumps/valves control experience.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work varying shifts.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Forward-looking, collaborative, curious, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Support the H&S system with proactive participation.
• Responsible for asset performance and maintenance.
• Complete preventative and reactive tasks as assigned.
• Work with operations and engineering to achieve site KPIs.
• Manage and execute assigned projects.
• Drive and support continuous improvement.
• Be an active member of the site engineering team.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with technical and food hygiene standards.
