Vickerstock is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Longford to support the safe and reliable operation of production equipment in a fast-paced 24/7 food manufacturing environment. You will handle electrical breakdowns, fault-finding, and planned maintenance to minimise downtime and drive engineering improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Previous maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical maintenance and fault-finding skills.
• Experience with planned and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose electrical faults and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an Engineering team.
• Strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Respond to electrical breakdowns across the production line.
• Carry out planned and preventative electrical maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults on production equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and proactively address issues.
• Complete electrical repairs and support equipment reliability.
• Work closely with Production to minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and engineering handover sheets.
• Participate in engineering improvements and process projects.
• Support safety, hygiene and engineering audits.
• Ensure engineering spares are recorded and equipment issues resolved.
• Follow Permit to Work procedures and site safety policies.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping across production and workshop areas.
