Job summary

Luceco Group is seeking a commercially driven Contract & Project Development Manager to grow demand for our products across the Island of Ireland. You will work with electrical contractors, installers, housebuilders and M&E contractors to identify opportunities, influence product choice and convert projects through Luceco’s wholesale partners.

You’ll develop long-term relationships, build a robust CRM pipeline and deliver product trainings and demonstrations to drive multi-category growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, project sales, or contractor engagement in electrical industry.
• Strong understanding of lighting or wiring accessories is a plus.
• Ability to identify and develop long-term sales opportunities and manage a CRM pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with electrical contractors, installers, builders, developers and M&E customers.
• Drive sales opportunities for BG Wiring Accessories and Luceco Lighting; support EV, HEMS, and related products.
• Identify early-stage projects to influence product selection and quote/close opportunities.
• Build and maintain a qualified CRM pipeline and coordinate with wholesale partners.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions and contractor events.
