Job summary

ASafe Global seeks an experienced EHS Manager to support multiple data centre projects around Dublin. The role shifts between the manufacturing facility and project sites, requiring hands-on EHS leadership across manufacturing and construction environments.

The successful candidate will uphold Irish health, safety and environmental standards, conduct risk assessments, and contribute to continuous EHS improvements while ensuring compliance on all locations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in an EHS/HSE management role.
• Experience in data centres, construction, manufacturing, power generation or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation and EHS best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EHS activities across multiple data centre projects in Dublin.
• Provide EHS guidance at manufacturing facility and project sites.
• Ensure compliance with Irish health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Maintain high EHS standards across all work areas.
• Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Review RAMS and other safety documentation.
• Identify hazards and implement control measures.
• Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture with project teams and contractors.
• Provide EHS advice to employees and contractors.
• Maintain EHS documentation and records.
• Support continuous improvement of EHS procedures and systems.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and client requirements.
