Job summary

Hyreus is seeking an experienced Safety Manager for an EMEA-focused role based in Dublin, Ireland. The role oversees health and safety across projects in a technical engineering environment with regular European travel (approximately 2–3 trips per month to data centre sites).

The ideal candidate will hold a NEBOSH certificate, a relevant degree and at least five years of EHS/H&S experience in construction or facilities management, with strong knowledge of Irish/EU legislation and the ability to

Qualifications

• Requires NEBOSH National Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health; construction NEBOSH advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years' EHS/H&S experience in construction or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of Irish/EU legislation, audits, risk assessments and EHS program development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures and management systems per Irish/EMEA laws.
• Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments and RAMS reviews across sites.
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks and training; manage permits and emergency planning.
• Provide leadership across project teams; investigate incidents and conduct site visits.
