Job summary

Asiera in Dublin 1 is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the MIS Programme Management team on a permanent basis. You will map and document current and future business processes, upgrade systems, and implement new ones for Ireland’s higher education sector.

Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will gather requirements, develop functional specifications, participate in UAT, and collaborate with internal and supplier teams to deliver ICT projects with a focus on stakeholder

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in a business analysis role with proven experience developing business process documentation, developing UAT scripts and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of programming, system design, IT infrastructure and database concepts.
• Experience in mapping current and future business processes and upgrading systems.

Responsibilities

• Map and document ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ business processes.
• Upgrade existing systems and implement new systems.
• Gather requirements and develop functional specifications.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure functionality and usability.
• Collaborate with internal teams and supplier teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
