Asiera in Dublin is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Schools team on a fixed-term contract until December 2027. This role offers flexible working arrangements, allowing for work from home up to three days a week while requiring at least two days in the office.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for mapping business processes, implementing new systems, and supporting stakeholders. Candidates should have a degree and at least two years of relevant experience in business analysis.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Business Analyst to join our Schools team on a fixed term contract basis until December 2027.
This role is based at our Dublin 1 office; however, we are pleased to offer a flexible working arrangement via our Work-Life Balance Framework. This allows you to work from home up to three days a week. You will be expected to work at least two days a week in the office, giving you the opportunity to enjoy a balanced and dynamic work environment.
We provide all of Ireland’s primary and post‑primary schools (approx. 3,900 schools) with high‑availability internet and network security services for more than 900,000 teachers and students.
Along with connectivity, the Schools team provide a range of essential services to both primary and post‑primary schools, including Internet Content‑Filtering, IP address allocation & Firewall Services. These essential services make the Asiera Schools Network one of the largest proactively managed networks in the country.
Reporting to the Schools Programme Manager, the Business Analyst will work as a key member of a project team and will play a significant role in achieving the objectives and activities of the team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for mapping and documenting ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ business processes, upgrading existing systems and implementing and testing new systems.
