Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience gathering, documenting and validating business requirements.
• Good understanding of SDLC and business process analysis.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Visio, JIRA, and Confluence.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration and documentation tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
