Futurum Academy in Singapore seeks an Educational Program Consultant to oversee daily campus operations and administration. You will manage staff, engage with customers, and support enrolments and post‑sales services, ensuring a positive learning environment for students and faculty.

The role involves coordinating schedules, guiding staff, and contributing to sales strategies while maintaining ERP and student records.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Sales experience in beauty/cosmetics/retail services is desirable.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales acumen are welcome.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing or education.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organized and able to multitask.
• Prior experience with children is a plus.

• Sell by familiarising with curriculum and programmes.

About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Educational Program Consultant to oversee daily operations and administration at our Futurum Academy. The Educational Program Consultant/Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of facilities, managing staff, and fostering a positive learning environment for students and faculty.

Job role:

• Manage day to day operations and ensure smooth running of campus.
• Proactively engage customers and build good rapport through understanding of students and their progress development.
• Engage in effective sales pitch through familiarising with curriculum and programme.
• Support management in planning and executing strategies to increase sales.
• Plan, organise and communicate to customers on the various programme and campus events.
• Serve as customer’s main point of contact and manage communication platforms.
• Responsible for customer enquiries, student enrolment and post-sales services.
• Coordinate class schedule and arrange for replacement teachers when necessary.
• Monitor student attendance and follow up to arrange for makeup lesson.
• Perform administrative duties including maintaining ERP, student records and tracking withdrawals.
• Share expertise and provide guidance to direct report.
• Motivate and work as a team in the achievement of service excellence and centre targets.
• Liaise with landlord on updates.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Director.

Qualification:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Sales experience in industries such as beauty, cosmetics, or retail services is highly desirable.
• Fresh graduates with a strong sales acumen are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing, or education.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask.
• Prior experience working with children is an added advantage.

Monday: off
Tuesday to Friday : 2.00pm - 8.00pm
Saturday and Sunday: 9.30am - 8.00pm
