Job summary

Kaider Academy Pte. Ltd. is seeking up to four highly motivated sales and business development professionals to drive student recruitment for its education programmes.

This role focuses on generating leads, closing enrolments and expanding markets, including Mainland China, with regional travel and a performance-based incentive structure. Base salary is S$1,500 per month for full-time staff, plus a tiered commission up to 45% on enrolments.

Qualifications

• Two years of practical sales, business development, direct selling or customer acquisition experience.
• Strong closing ability and negotiation skills.
• Experience selling to Mainland China customers is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English and strong Mandarin for Mainland China sales.
• Comfortable using digital channels (WhatsApp/WeChat) for prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified student leads through personal networking, social media, referrals and events.
• Identify and approach prospective students and decision-makers.
• Conduct sales consultations by phone, messaging apps and in-person meetings.
• Present course benefits, fees and career opportunities convincingly.
• Close student enrolments and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
