Job summary

Futurum Academy in Singapore seeks an Educational Program Consultant to oversee daily campus operations and administration. You will manage staff, engage with customers, and support enrolments and post‑sales services, ensuring a positive learning environment for students and faculty.

The role involves coordinating schedules, guiding staff, and contributing to sales strategies while maintaining ERP and student records.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Sales experience in beauty/cosmetics/retail services is desirable.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales acumen are welcome.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing or education.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organized and able to multitask.
• Prior experience with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure campus runs smoothly.
• Engage customers and build rapport through understanding student progress.
• Sell by familiarising with curriculum and programmes.
• Assist management with planning and executing sales strategies.
• Organise and communicate programme and campus events to customers.
• Be the main customer contact and manage communications platforms.
• Handle enquiries, enrolments and post-sales services.
• Coordinate class schedules and arrange replacement teachers when needed.
• Monitor attendance and arrange makeup lessons.
