Job summary
AethelRa Consulting Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Aesthetic Beauty / Sales Consultant to guide prospective patients through their aesthetic journey and convert enquiries into treatment packages.
You will collaborate with our team to meet sales targets, promote services, and provide exceptional customer service while leveraging knowledge of available treatments and doctors’ recommendations.

- Previous sales experience in the beauty/aesthetic industry.
- Strong customer service orientation and self-motivation to hit targets.
- Excellent interpersonal communication; bilingual in English and Mandarin.

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Beauty / Sales Consultant to join our client’s dynamic team.
This role focuses on patient acquisition, conversion, and relationship management.
Role Summary: As the first point of contact, you will guide prospective patients through their aesthetic journey. Your primary goal is to assess patient needs, educate them on treatment options, and convert enquiries into successful treatment packages.
- Work together with team members to achieve sales targets
- Promoting company services and products to customers
- Exposure to a diverse range of aesthetic treatments for face, body, skin
- Provide high standards of customer service
- Recommend services and treatments to patients based on their needs and doctors’ recommendations
- Follow up with patients on their treatments and progress
- Must have prior related work experience in in sales role in beauty aesthetic industry
- Service-oriented with self-motivation for achieving sales target
- Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
- Basic Salary $3000-3500
- $10,000 – $15,000 possibility of gross earnings per month
- GUARANTEE Minimum Salary $10,000 (保证最低薪金 $10,000)
- 13th Month Annual Bonus
