Job summary

ManpowerGroup Ireland is recruiting a Marketplace Executive to drive online spare parts sales across Ireland. You will manage and grow online channels, optimize listings and pricing, and collaborate with technology teams to ensure data accuracy.

In this role you will monitor marketplace performance on platforms such as Amazon and eBay, analyse sales metrics, and implement digital campaigns to enhance customer experience and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing B2B e-commerce or online marketplaces.
• Experience with Shopify, Magento/Adobe Commerce, and Amazon Seller Central.
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC and Google Ads.
• Strong Excel data management and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow online marketplace sales channels.
• Develop and optimise listings across platforms such as Amazon and eBay.
• Maintain product catalogue accuracy and inventory synchronisation.
• Monitor pricing, promotions and online merchandising activities.
• Analyse sales performance and marketplace metrics.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage online advertising and digital campaigns.
• Monitor customer feedback and reviews.
• Produce sales forecasts and management reports.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and technology teams.
• Visit customers where required to support marketplace growth.
