River Island Galway is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy fashion store. You will be responsible for driving store performance, delivering exceptional customer service and coaching a team to achieve sales targets in a dynamic retail environment.

Based in Galway, the role requires strong leadership, effective communication and the ability to recruit, train and develop staff while controlling costs and stock. A track record at Store Manager or Deputy Manager level is preferred.
