Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce management and website operations.
- Strong technical understanding of e-commerce platforms and CMS.
- Experience managing product catalogues, pricing, stock information.
- Familiarity with ERP, inventory management or other integrated business systems.
- Experience using website analytics, SEO and digital tools such as Google and Meta.
- Commercial mindset with ability to identify opportunities to improve online sales and website performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day online sales channel and optimise performance.
- Hands-on role covering technical website management, product data and commercial performance.
- Maintain product data, pricing, imagery, categorisation and stock availability.
- Coordinate with external developers, technology providers and logistics partners to resolve issues.
- Monitor website analytics, user behaviour and online sales performance to drive improvements.
- Drive website traffic and online sales through SEO and paid platforms.
