Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Marketplace Growth Lead to drive multi-channel growth for fashion brands on Amazon (Seller/Vendor) and Zalando (ZEOS). You will own KPI performance, sales data, and margin optimization, and manage full lifecycle of retail on marketplaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in Account or Marketplace Management in online fashion/lifestyle.
• Proven track record scaling brands on Amazon and Zalando.
• Experience with Zalando ZEOS is a significant advantage.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights using Excel, Helium 10, or PowerBI.
• Able to set commercial targets while troubleshooting integration or inventory issues.
• Seasoned presentation skills with consultative selling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies for fashion brands, focusing on Amazon (Seller/Vendor) and Zalando (ZFS/ZEOS).
• Own KPI performance, sales data, and margin optimization.
• Manage the full lifecycle of fashion retail on marketplaces, including pricing, inventory, and promotions.
• Brief and oversee content (A+, Brand Stores, Zalando imagery) to ensure brand consistency and conversion.
• Serve as the primary contact for key fashion clients, collaborating with Marketing, Warehouse and Technology teams.
• Lead business reviews and coordinate with the team to deliver presentations and recommendations to clients.
