Job summary

Luzern eCommerce seeks a Senior eCommerce Content Strategist to own content strategy across Amazon and other marketplaces for enterprise brand clients. The role emphasizes AI-ready content, audit-led strategy, and close collaboration with Designers and an SEO Executive.

As part of a small delivery pod, you will lead content strategy, briefing, and client-facing discussions, while guiding the pod's output to meet brand guidelines and platform requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Amazon content strategy and execution for enterprise clients (listings, A+/Premium A+ Content, Brand Store).
• Experience translating audits into concrete strategy, messaging and content requirements.
• Strong copywriting and content editing with brand and platform compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead content audits and quality assessment against a framework (IDQ or equivalent).
• Develop cross‑platform content strategy and messaging for multiple marketplaces and D2C.
• Define content requirements, imagery and copy to deliver strategy.
• Create wireframes and mock-ups with Designers for A+ and Brand Store.
• Partner with SEO to align keyword strategy with AI-mediated discovery.
• Manage client communication, estimates, and proposals with senior leadership review.
• Review team output for consistency and strategy alignment.
