Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Marketplace Manager to drive multi-channel growth for fashion brands on Amazon and Zalando. You will own KPI performance, margins, and the full lifecycle of marketplace activity, including pricing, inventory, and promotions.

You will lead content creation (A+, Brand Stores, Zalando imagery) to maintain brand consistency and high conversions, while acting as the primary contact for major clients and coordinating with Marketing, Warehouse, and Technology teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in Account or Marketplace Management within the Fashion/Lifestyle sector.
• Proven track record of scaling brands on Amazon and Zalando.
• Experience with Zalando’s ZEOS is a significant advantage.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights using Excel, Helium 10, or PowerBI.
• Able to operate at a senior level to set commercial targets while remaining close enough to troubleshoot integration or inventory issues.
• Seasoned presentation skills with the ability to manage expectations and 'consultative sell' opportunities to clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies for fashion brands, focusing on Amazon (Seller/Vendor) and Zalando (ZFS/ZEOS).
• Own KPI performance, sales data, and margin optimization.
• Manage the full lifecycle of fashion retail on marketplaces—including pricing architecture, inventory management, and promotional calendars.
• Brief and oversee high-quality content (A+, Brand Stores, and Zalando-specific imagery) to ensure brand consistency and high conversion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for our biggest fashion clients, collaborating with internal Marketing, Warehouse, and Technology teams.
• Lead the Business Reviews; coordinate with the wider team to provide best-in-class presentations and recommendations in person at regular points throughout the year.
