Job summary

Uniphar Group is seeking a Program Associate to support EAP program teams under the Program Manager and cross-functional colleagues. You will be the day-to-day client contact and coordinate with quality, finance and legal to ensure activities are ready before program go-live.

This role offers exposure to Expanded Access programs in the pharmaceutical sector and a path toward a Program Management career within Uniphar Pharma.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences (preferred).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn Expanded Access and pharmaceutical processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate client onboarding with quality, finance and legal teams.
• Organize weekly client calls, prepare agendas, notes and actions.
• Address client queries and escalate as needed to provide timely answers.
• Track HCP inquiries and provide status updates during client meetings.
• Prepare monthly reports and monitor program budget forecasts.
• Assist with client invoicing at month-end.
• Provide backup coverage for Program Manager during absences.
