Job summary

Uniphar in Ireland seeks a Program Associate to support the Program Manager and cross‑functional teams in the day‑to‑day operations of the Expanded Access Program. You will be a key client contact, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring program metrics stay on track.

You will work closely with quality, finance and legal teams, run weekly client calls, manage inquiries and monthly reporting, and assist with invoicing, while developing a career in pharmaceutical program management.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences or related field.
• Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to manage client communications.
• Desire to build a career in the pharmaceutical industry and learn program management basics.
• Combination of technical skills and behavioural attributes, with travel flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate client onboarding with QA, finance and legal teams before go-live.
• Organize weekly client calls, prepare agendas, minutes, and actions.
• Field day-to-day client queries and escalate as needed for timely responses.
• Track HCP inquiries, provide weekly client updates, and monitor monthly reports.
• Prepare monthly client reports and assist with end-of-month invoicing.
• Act as deputy for Program Manager during absences.
