Job summary

Dr Mark Leong Group is seeking a Marketing Executive – E-Commerce (Chinese) to drive channel growth across TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada. You will manage product listings, optimize visuals and descriptions, and run high-converting campaigns while connecting with Mandarin-speaking creators and consumers.

You will collaborate with internal teams and support livestreams, while using data to improve content hooks, pricing, and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin in speech and writing.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada.
• Proven or strong interest in short-form video creation.
• Ability to translate performance metrics into marketing actions.

Responsibilities

• Operate eCommerce shop operations across key marketplaces.
• Create and optimize short-form video content and creator collaborations.
• Plan and execute marketplace campaigns and livestreams.
• Track performance metrics and report weekly/monthly insights.
