CHAGEE Singapore is seeking a proactive Social Media Executive (maternity cover) to join the Brand & Marketing team. You will support the day-to-day management of CHAGEE’s social channels, collaborating with the Social Media Specialist on content planning, copywriting, and campaigns.

You will craft captions, brainstorm ideas, publish content via Meta Business Suite, monitor performance, and assist with influencer coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media or content creation.

• Strong English copywriting and adaptable tone.
• CapCut video editing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content across CHAGEE’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Xiao Hong Shu).
• Write engaging social media captions and copy in line with CHAGEE’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Brainstorm content ideas based on campaign briefs and social media trends.
• Manage day-to-day social media publishing and scheduling via Meta Business Suite.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights.
• Create and edit short-form videos using CapCut.
• Manage community engagement, including comments and messages.
• Support KOL and influencer coordination, including outreach and content follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely content delivery and campaign alignment.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive (maternity cover) to join CHAGEE Singapore’s Brand & Marketing team.

In this role, you will support the day-to-day management of CHAGEE’s social media channels, working closely with the existing Social Media Specialist across content planning, copywriting, content creation, community management, influencer collaborations, reporting and campaign execution.

We are looking for someone who is a fast learner, adaptable and able to think on their feet in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on with social media, from developing creative ideas to executing content and campaigns for a fast-growing brand.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create and publish content across CHAGEE’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Xiao Hong Shu)
• Write engaging social media captions and copy in line with CHAGEE’s brand guidelines and tone of voice
• Brainstorm content ideas based on campaign briefs, brand direction and social media trends
• Manage day-to-day social media publishing and scheduling via Meta Business Suite and other relevant tools
• Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports with key insights and learnings
• Create and edit simple social content, including short-form videos using CapCut
• Manage community engagement, including comments and messages
• Support KOL and influencer coordination, including outreach, seeding, deliverables tracking and content follow-ups
• Work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure timely content delivery and campaign alignment
• Assist with other social media and marketing tasks where required

Requirements:

• Prior experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite and social media reporting/analytics tools
• Strong English copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt writing to different campaigns and content formats
• Able to brainstorm creative content ideas while working within established brand guidelines
• Proficient in CapCut for short-form video editing
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Xiao Hong Shu
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables
• Fast learner who can adapt quickly, take initiative and think on their feet
• Comfortable with hands-on execution and supporting the day-to-day needs of the social media team
