Job summary

Super Asia Foods in County Dublin is hiring three Sales & Marketing Managers for a permanent, full-time role (39 hours per week). You will lead sales and marketing initiatives, oversee daily operations, and drive growth across channels to attract a diverse customer base.

Fluent English and Cantonese with Mandarin proficiency are required. Strong MS Office, WeChat and social media experience is expected. This role is in-person with a salary of €36,605 per year.

Qualifications

• Education: Level 8 qualification or higher.
• Experience: at least 2 years in sales and marketing within Asian retail, grocery, or wholesale.
• Languages: fluency in English and Cantonese, advanced Mandarin.
• Technical: MS Office, WeChat and major social media platforms for business marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and train Sales Associates; act as brand ambassador.
• Manage content and promotional campaigns across channels (WeChat, Facebook, email, in-store displays).
• Oversee customer service operations and retention strategies; assist Store Manager with shopper engagement.
• Monitor inventory and analyze consumer behavior to optimize sales and reduce acquisition costs.
