Job summary

Keanes Jewellers is seeking an E‑Commerce Manager to lead the online store, optimise user experience and drive commercial performance across platforms. You will coordinate with internal teams, external partners and brand stakeholders to maintain a first‑class shopping experience.

The role requires strong analytics (GA4, Google Tag Manager), experience with Shopify CMS, and proven team leadership. You will oversee product data, imagery, and stock representation while exploring new marketing

Qualifications

A degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, Business or a related field (preferred).
Strong analytical skills and experience with eCommerce metrics (GA4, GTM).
Excellent understanding of UX, SEO, digital merchandising and online customer behaviour.

Responsibilities

Review website layout and UX; coordinate with developers to implement improvements.
Manage platform updates, new features and brand requirements (e.g., Rolex, TUDOR).
Ensure checkout security and compliance with best practices.
Review copy and legal disclaimers for accuracy and brand alignment.
Analyse traffic and performance metrics to identify optimisation opportunities.
Evaluate promotional offers and ensure correct implementation on the website.
Identify new marketing opportunities to increase traffic, engagement and conversions.
Analyse demographic and SEO trends to inform decisions.
Conduct competitor research to maintain market relevance.
Monitor eCommerce trends and innovations to stay competitive.
Lead the eCommerce team; oversee product imagery and recommendations.
Set priorities, review work quality, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Collaborate with external developers and brand partners; align campaigns with content.
