Job summary

Tekenable is seeking a CRM Executive in Ireland to manage day-to-day CRM operations and support data quality across the client and contact records. The role focuses on governance, user support and enabling CRM adoption across the business.

The ideal candidate will have strong Dynamics CRM experience, Excel expertise and the ability to translate complex processes for non-technical users. This is a full-time role based in Ireland with a focus on data integrity and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality data.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to explain systems and processes to non-technical users.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data governance principles.
• Exposure to Power BI or other reporting and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day CRM platform tasks.
• Create and maintain client, contact and company records.
• Provide first-line CRM user support.
• Assist with user onboarding and adoption initiatives.
• Support data imports, exports and bulk record updates.
• Contribute to system testing, enhancements and upgrades.
• Produce regular reports, dashboards and data extracts for business users.
• Promote CRM best practices and help improve user engagement.
