Job summary

TEKenable is seeking a CRM Executive in Ireland to support CRM administration, data quality and governance, and user adoption. You will work with Microsoft Dynamics, Excel and Power BI to maintain client and contact data, generate insights, and enhance stakeholder engagement across the business.

The role focuses on data accuracy, process improvements and delivering reports while collaborating with the commercial operations team to drive CRM adoption and client intelligence.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform is essential.
• Strong data quality mindset with GDPR awareness.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate clearly.
• Ability to explain systems to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration of the CRM platform.
• Create, maintain and update client, contact and company records.
• Provide first-line support to CRM users and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with user onboarding and CRM adoption initiatives.
• Support data imports, exports and bulk record updates.
• Contribute to system testing, enhancements and upgrades.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards for business users.
• Promote CRM best practices and drive user engagement.
• Maintain data quality and governance within the CRM.
• Support business development data lists and client intelligence.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
