Job summary

McCann FitzGerald LLP is seeking a CRM Executive to join the Markets team. The role focuses on administering the firm's CRM and related platforms, maintaining data quality and supporting user adoption through training and guidance.

Working closely with Markets colleagues, IT and partners, you will manage data records, run reports and drive CRM governance, with opportunities to develop in legal business services, data management and business development operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience with a CRM platform, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain processes and system functionality clearly to non‑technical users.

  • Commercial awareness of CRM in client relationship development.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day administration of CRM.
  • Create, update and maintain client, contact, company and relationship records.
  • Monitor CRM data integrity and ensure records are maintained in accordance with firm standards.
  • Support users with CRM queries, troubleshooting and day-to-day assistance.
  • Assist with user onboarding and CRM adoption initiatives.
  • Manage data imports, exports and bulk updates as required.
  • Support CRM enhancements, testing and system upgrades.
  • Produce reports, dashboards and data extracts for Markets team.
  • Work with stakeholders to improve CRM processes and promote best practice usage across the firm.
  • Manage day-to-day operation of ERM platform and data synchronization with CRM.
  • Monitor data synchronisation between ERM and CRM.
  • Maintain data quality standards and governance policies.

The CRM Executive will be responsible for supporting the firm's client relationship platforms, ensuring the accuracy, integrity and effective use of client and contact data across the firm.

Working closely with Markets colleagues, IT, Partners and legal services, the role will oversee the day‑to‑day administration of the CRM and related platforms, support user adoption through training and guidance, maintain data quality standards and help the firm maximise the value of its relationship intelligence and client data assets.

Responsibilities:
CRM and Relationship Intelligence Management
  • Perform day-to-day administration of CRM.
  • Create, update and maintain client, contact, company and relationship records.
  • Monitor CRM data integrity and ensure records are maintained in accordance with firm standards.
  • Support users with CRM queries, troubleshooting and day-to-day assistance.
  • Assist with user onboarding and CRM adoption initiatives.
  • Manage data imports, exports and bulk updates as required.
  • Support CRM enhancements, testing and system upgrades.
  • Produce reports, dashboards and data extracts for Markets team.
  • Work with stakeholders to improve CRM processes and promote best practice usage across the firm.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of our ERM (Enterprise Relationship Management) platform and related relationship intelligence processes.
  • Monitor data synchronisation between ERM and CRM.
Data Quality & Governance
  • Act as a key custodian of CRM data quality.
  • Perform regular data cleansing, enrichment and deduplication activities.
  • Monitor data quality metrics and proactively identify issues.li>
  • Ensure consistent application of data standards, governance policies and processes.
  • Support compliance‑related data management activities, including GDPR requirements.
  • Assist with data audits and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance database quality and reliability.
CRM Training & User Support
  • Provide first‑line support to users of CRM.
  • Support delivery of ad hoc training sessions for new and existing users.
  • Create and maintain user guides, quick reference materials and training documentation.
  • Promote CRM and relationship management best practices across the firm.
  • Identify common user challenges and recommend improvements to processes, training materials and system usage.
  • Assist in the delivery of refresher training sessions and awareness campaigns to increase adoption and data quality.
  • Act as an approachable and trusted point of contact for day‑to‑day CRM queries.
Markets Team Support
  • Assist with the production of targeted mailing lists, event invitations data and audience segmentation to support marketing campaigns, events and client engagement initiatives.
  • Support business development initiatives through accurate client, contact and relationship data management.
  • Maintain sector, relevant groupings and client intelligence information within CRM.
  • Support client targeting, relationship development and business development planning activities.
  • Produce reports, dashboards and data analysis support to support business development and marketing activity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes, user experience, data quality and adoption.
  • Document procedures and maintain system administration and training guides.
  • Support projects relating to CRM enhancement, relationship intelligence and data governance.
  • Keep up to date with developments in CRM, relationship intelligence and legal technology.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience working with a CRM platform, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Experience creating user guides, training materials or process documentation.
  • Experience within a professional services or legal environment.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data governance principles.
  • Exposure to Power BI or other reporting and analytics tools.
