Job summary

TEKenable Ltd is seeking a CRM Executive to join its Ireland-based commercial operations team. The role focuses on CRM administration for Microsoft Dynamics, data quality, governance and stakeholder engagement to drive CRM adoption across the business.

The successful candidate will manage client and contact data, support users, deliver training, and help with data-driven marketing and business development activities while staying aligned with GDPR requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires experience with a CRM platform, Microsoft Dynamics CRM essential.
• Strong focus on data quality, governance and accuracy.
• Excellent organisation and administrative skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day CRM operations and user support.
• Create and maintain client, contact and company records.
• Provide first-line support, onboarding and adoption initiatives.
• Support data imports/exports and bulk updates.
• Produce reports, dashboards and data extracts for business users.
• Promote CRM best practices and user engagement.
• Maintain data accuracy and governance, including GDPR compliance.
• Deliver training and user guides for employees.
• Support marketing and business development data lists and campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and data quality.
