Job summary

National College of Ireland is seeking an IT Application Specialist on a fixed-term contract to support, administer, maintain and develop line-of-business applications across multiple functions using XRM, Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ XRM administration experience, with a strong focus on CRM automation, data integration and process improvement. The contract is for 24 months, with a salary range reflecting senior specialist/supervisor levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience administering XRM or similar systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and CRM environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer the college's CRM including customisations, workflows, and support.
• Manage CRM and portal environments, and Power Automate flows with SharePoint/Forms integrations.
• Handle CRM updates and license administration to meet business needs.
• Ensure data quality and advise on data governance within CRM.
