Job summary

Sherpa Kids Ireland is seeking enthusiastic individuals to supervise and support school-aged children in our on-site before/after school and holiday clubs. You will lead activities, assist with homework, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment across participating schools.

Qualifications include experience with school-aged children (min 1 year), basic knowledge of child development, Garda vetting processed after interview, and at least two written references before starting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school-aged children (minimum 1 year).
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during activities and free play
• Assist with homework and educational tasks
• Engage in a variety of planned activities (both indoor and outdoor) with the children each day
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
