The K Club in Straffan, Co. Kildare, Ireland, is seeking a Duty Manager to join our Club House & Events team. This permanent, full-time role is ideal for someone looking to advance into management within a premier resort.

You will help oversee the Food and Beverage department, supervise restaurant staff, and work with the Operations Manager to meet sales, budget, and service targets. The position offers a clear career path and staff-focused benefits.

• Previous experience in a Restaurant Management role is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in ensuring the smooth running of the Food and Beverage department within the Clubhouses.
• Supervise and develop all restaurant personnel.
• Collaborate with the F&B Operations Manager & Restaurant Manager on sales, costs, upselling, budgets and targets.
• Ensure that all nominated standards of service are adhered to and delivered.

To assist in ensuring the smooth running of the Food and Beverage department within the Club houses.

• The South Restaurant (Lunch & Dinner Service)
• The Palmer Restaurant (Lunch & Dinner Service)
• Conferences & Meetings (Events held within the Hotel Meeting Rooms and Public Rooms)

To assist in the supervision and development of all restaurant personnel.

To work with the F&B Operations Manager & Restaurant Manager on the performance of all personnel with regard to sales, costs, upselling, budget requirements and budget targets

To ensure that all nominated standards of service are adhered to and delivered.
