The K Club is seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to join our culinary team in Kildare, Ireland. This on-site role involves preparing ingredients to the required standard, meeting guest requests, and contributing to ongoing menu improvements while adhering to HACCP standards.

We offer staff transport outside public hours, ongoing training, meals on duty, and opportunities to progress within the resort. Fluent English and flexible working hours are required.

• Prepare ingredients for service to required standard, minimizing wastage.
• Meet all guest special requests with care and accuracy.
• Contribute to ongoing menu improvements and kitchen dialogue.
• Ensure goods are stored correctly and hygienically per HACCP.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful team environment.
• Work well both independently and within a close-knit team.

• Preparing ingredients for service to the required standard, ensuring no wastage.
