Tallaght Cross Hotel is seeking a Duty Manager to join our team. The role focuses on acting as the senior point of contact for guests and staff, resolving issues, and coordinating with departments to maintain high standards of service.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hospitality experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Windward Management delivers dedicated hotel management across its portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar position preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership ability with the confidence to manage a team.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Carry out regular inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure hotel policies, procedures, and health & safety standards are followed.
• Manage emergency situations calmly and professionally when required.
• Complete shift handovers, reports, and general administrative duties.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Act as the senior point of contact for guests and staff during assigned shifts.

About The Role

Tallaght Cross Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Duty Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will act as a point of contact for guests and colleagues, resolving issues effectively while maintaining the high standards expected at Tallaght Cross Hotel.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
