Diamond Coast Hotel in Enniscrone, Ireland, is seeking a Senior Bartender to join the front-of-house team. You will report to the Food & Beverage Manager and deliver top-tier service across shifts.

The role focuses on cocktails, guest experience, and maintaining high standards in a luxury hotel setting on the Diamond Coast.

Are you passionate about cocktails, hospitality, and creating unforgettable guest experiences? We’re looking for a dynamic, energetic, and personable Senior bartender to join our team!

You’ll be an essential part of our front-of-house team, reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and helping to deliver top-tier service every shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve guests in a prompt & courteous manner.
• To ensure work areas are set up and stocked according to the business requirements.
• To be fully aware of any menu updates
• Ensure all bar duties are carried out as per standard operating procedures.
• To ensure all cleaning schedules are adhered to on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• To provide support in other areas of the business if required to do so.
• Ensure all stock is stored in a safe manner.
